Wildwood remains open and all of our scheduled experiences are still being held. We are a low-risk outdoor venue. In light of COVID-19, we have increased our cleaning and disinfecting practices, paying special attention to restrooms, surfaces and high touch points. Hand washing is available for all visitors and there are also several hand sanitizing stations. We have also posted hand washing reminders in the park. We encourage all guests to make use of these resources. As a precaution we have closed the indoor seating area in our cafe, food and drinks are still available from our kiosk. Our toddler club and dropslide are both closed for the foreseeable future. We would ask all visitors to the park to follow these guidelines for the well-being of visitors and staff: 1. To minimise queuing time at the entrance to the park, please could all members remember to bring their membership cards to ease congestion. 2. Wash your hands thoroughly when entering and exiting the park using the facilities provided. Please make sure that children also wash their hands. Click on the link for best hand washing advice - https://www.nhs.uk/ live-well/healthy-body/best- way-to-wash-your-hands/ 3. Try to keep a distance of 2 metres from other people, particularly when queuing at the entrance. 4. If you do sneeze or cough, use a tissue and then immediately bin it. Do not discard on the floor. If a tissue isn't at hand, sneeze or cough into the crook of your elbow. The health and safety of our staff, animals and guests is our number one priority. Wildwood Trust continues to actively monitor this situation and follow all government advice. Thank you!
