As a precaution and following the latest Government advice on coronavirus and social distancing, Wildwood has taken the difficult decision to close our park to the public. We know our fantastic members and visitors have appreciated the ability to visit us in an outdoor space and be cheered by our animals over recent days. However, we feel that feel it is our responsibility to do what we can to help reduce the rapid spread of COVID-19. Rest assured, that our incredibly dedicated keepers will continue to ensure that our animals enjoy the same levels of care and attention as usual, and that the rest of our staff are still continuing to work hard on our many conservation projects. Keep in touch with us on our social media channels as we'll be posting videos, feeds and news about our animals to provide a little respite throughout this difficult period. As soon as it is safe and responsible to open we will let you know. Now more than ever we need the support of our amazing members and visitors. If you would like to help us further by contributing to the cost of looking after our animals during these difficult and worrying times, then please donate at https://wildwoodtrust.org/civicrm/contribute/transact/?id=10&reset=1. We will continue to provide our animal experiences, as they are private and exclusive events in an outdoor environment in which we can provide social distancing and hand washing facilities. Our photo days and night/twilight tours will be postponed. If you have not heard from us already, please do not worry as we are working hard to contact everybody to reschedule bookings. If you have any queries about any experiences, please get in touch via email at shoponline@wildwoodtrust.org. Stay safe everyone, keep in touch, look after each other and we'll be back soon!
