Halloween Half-Term - Entertain your little ones at Wildwood
Halloween Half-Term 2018: Saturday 20th October - Sunday 28th October
The spookiest day of the year is almost upon us and we're celebrating all things wicked and ghoulish at Wildwood this October half-term. There are plenty of activities to entertain your little ones including our fiendish adventure play park with climbing walls, rope bridges, slides and scary drop slide PLUS we have over 50 species of native British animals from past and present in our 42 acre woodland!
Pumpkin Competition Get your creative juices flowing and enter our annual pumpkin competition. We'll be accepting entries all week and putting them on display before picking a winner on Sunday 28th October. We'll then be feeding the pumpkins to some of our animals. Don't forget to put your name and phone number on a bit of paper inside so we can pick a winner!
Spooky Talks Every day over the half-term break, we'll be talking about why some of our animals are viewed as "evil" in popular folklore. Join our team to find out why they're really not very evil at all! (Talks may change, please see our daily activities board or ask at admission for talk times). 12pm - Ravens 1pm - Rats 2pm - Wolf or Wildcat
Witches Trail Join our FREE trail around the park as we gather ingredients to put in our witches cauldron to create a special witches hamper. Enter your completed trail in the cauldron for the chance to win the hamper!
